In recognition of our gratitude to the organizations that have supported the professional and personal growth of their employees by sponsoring the participation of two or more participants in the Leading in Community program, The Center for Nonprofit Leadership has established 鈥淟IC’s Champions Circle!鈥澛�
These organizations and their leaders鈥� steadfast dedication to the promotion, retention, and invaluable leadership of persons of color within their organizations speaks volumes and their continued response to the LIC program鈥檚 call to action is shaping the nonprofit landscape in the Long Island, New York City, and Hudson Valley regions into one that is more racially equitable, community engaged, and impactful.
