This workshop equips youth-serving professionals to recognize the warning signs of digital dating abuse across different platforms and identities, and provides concrete strategies for opening up critical conversations with both survivors and those who perpetrate harm. 

This workshop focuses on DBT skills and will provide attendees with a basic understanding of the four DBT skills modules (Core Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance). 

This one-day conference will bring together undergraduate students from universities across the tri-state region to present their research and discuss ideas related to the conference theme, The Humanities in an Age of Intelligent Machines.
