This matching opportunity is available through December 31, 2027, or until the program reaches its $5 million cap.<\/p>\n<p>This program advances the vision of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/campaign\/\">The <em>Momentum<\/em> Campaign: Extraordinary Impact<\/a> by supporting its six primary goals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/campaign\/campaign-priorities\/scholarships\/\">Scholarships <\/a>\u2013 Ensuring the best and brightest students have the financial means to attend, persist, and graduate.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/campaign\/campaign-priorities\/academic-excellence\/\">Academic Excellence<\/a> \u2013 Investing in innovative programs and world-class faculty who are pioneering leaders in their fields.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/campaign\/campaign-priorities\/student-experiences\/\">Life-Changing Student Experiences<\/a> \u2013 A hallmark of the Adelphi experience, cultivating leadership, confidence, global perspectives, and personal growth.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/campaign\/campaign-priorities\/modern-campus\/\">A Modern and Beautiful Campus<\/a> \u2013 Providing well-maintained, modern and sustainable facilities for our students to live and learn.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/campaign\/campaign-priorities\/diverse-community\/\">A Diverse Community<\/a> \u2013 Creating an inclusive environment where students of all backgrounds and cultures can thrive.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/giving\/adelphi-fund\/\">The Adelphi Fund<\/a> \u2013 A vital source of unrestricted support, empowering the University to seize opportunities and address emerging needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How the Program Works<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Choose Your Endowment:<\/strong> Partner with University Advancement to create or support an endowment that aligns with your philanthropic vision and the University&#8217;s priorities; see several potential options listed below.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allocate Your Gift:<\/strong> A minimum of 10 percent of your contribution must be designated to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/giving\/adelphi-fund\/\">The Adelphi Fund<\/a>, with the remaining portion directed to your chosen <em>endowment<\/em>. The University will match the <em>endowment<\/em> portion of your gift.\n<ul>\n<li><em>For example, a $100,000 gift would allocate $90,000 to the endowment of your choice (to be matched by the University), and $10,000 to The Adelphi Fund (not matched).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Set Your Payment Schedule:<\/strong> Gifts and pledges can be fulfilled over a period of up to five years.
